To complete your registration and make a payment for the conference you must follow the steps below:

  • register on Create your account bookmark.

  • if you have been already registered please Log in 

  • book your services on Payment bookmark (left menu)

  • finalise your payment (choose your method of payment)

  • after making a payment you will receive an invoice by email.

Please note: 

  • Before placing an order, please have your company’s invoice details ready, including the VAT number if required. A proforma invoice will be automatically sent to your email after you submit your order in the system and bank transfer as a method of payment.
  • Once the payment is completed, the final invoice will be automatically generated and emailed to you.

METHODS OF PAYMENTS:
  • Credit card (online payment via PayU - AVAILABLE NOW)
  • ​​​​Bank transfer (bank details are sent by email upon booking)

Proforma invoice is sent automatically after your order. Once payment is completed, the invoice is automatically issued and sent by email. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • Before 15th April 2025 - 100 % fee amount 
  • After 15th  April 2025 - payment is non-refundable
  • If your abstract is not accepted, the registration fee will be fully refunded in case the abstract submitter decides to not attend the conference by 5th May 2025.
